        The problem of tooth decay i.e. cavity not only fades your smile, but many times you have to wash your hands at an early age.
          In such a situation, it is important for you to include these seven good habits in your routine so that the teeth do not reach the cavity. Know, seven easy ways to prevent cavity.

1. Toothbrush  twice  daily :
          The easiest way to prevent tooth decay is to brush twice daily. After waking up in the morning and before going to sleep at night, brush your teeth properly every day.
 
2.floss everyday:
          While eating food, many fine particles get stuck in the teeth, which are not cleaned even with a brush. In such a situation, make a habit of floss while brushing. It cleans the teeth well.

3.Rinse after eating:
        Make a habit of rinsing with water after consuming breakfast-food or tea-coffee. This will keep the mouth clean and the teeth strong for a long time.

4.Avoid Preservatives or Packed Diets:
       Consumption  of  drinks  or  fast  food containing  preservatives  is  also  not  very  beneficial  for  the  teeth. The sugar and preservatives present in them damage the teeth.

5. sealant coating:
        To  prevent  cavity  on  the  teeth, a coating  of  sealant  can  be  done. This helps  to  protect  the  teeth  from  bacterial  infections.  A  coating  of  sealant  is  the  safest  method, especially for  children.
6.use  mouthwash:
        There  are  many  antimicrobial mouthwashes  available  in  the  market, which  can  be  used  to  prevent  tooth decay.  Use  mouthwash  after  brushing daily.

7.sugar free chewing gum:
      While  chewing  sugar-free  gum, saliva is  produced  in  the  mouth,  which helps to  protect  the  teeth  from  infection. If you  want,  do  mouth  exercises  even without  chewing  gum. This  will  make saliva  in  the  mouth  and  the  teeth  will be  infection  free.
